Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open to anyone resident in the UK but not to:
    • employees of Pipex Group
    • the immediate families of, and people living in the same household as, any of the above.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. This competition is only open to those aged 18 and over.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. There is no cash alternative to the prize and you can not exchange the prize, or transfer it without the permission of the sponsors/donor.
  6. The prize will be awarded to the first entry drawn. Incomplete, inappropriate or offensive entries will not be accepted and the judges’ decision will be final.
  7. The closing date for entries is midday Thursday 28th June. The date of the draw will be on Friday 29th June, and the winner will be notified by e-mail shortly afterwards. If we can not contact the winner before the end of Tuesday 3rd July 2007, or the winner is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
  8. Pipex is not responsible for any entry not reaching us by e-mail before the closing date or for any destruction of or alteration to your entry before we open it. If there is a telecoms failure or delay or fault in transmission, or a systems failure or interruption, or if someone hacks into your entry Pipex are not liable. We will not acknowledge receipt of your entry.
  9. The winner will allow Pipex and the sponsors/donors of the prizes to use his/her name and entry, or to refer to them, in connection with services and products we/they offer, in other advertising/promotions and in announcements about this competition, without payment to the winner. If you would prefer not to have your name/entry used in connection with the above please tick the relevant box on your online prize draw submission.
  10. Pipex may use the information you provide to Pipex in order to send you news and tell you about services in which we or our associated companies think you may be interested, and Pipex may disclose those details to the sponsors/donors of the prize who may use that information for similar purposes. If you would like your details to be kept confidential and would not be interested in receiving any further information please tick the relevant box on your online prize draw submission.
  11. If there is any dispute as to the identity of the person submitting an entry, that entry will be treated as though submitted by the account holder of the e-mail account at the time the entry was received by Pipex.
  12. The laws of England and Wales apply to this competition and the interpretation and validity of these rules.
  13. Entries by email only. Any entries sent in by alternative methods will not be included into the draw.
  14. Pipex reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime with out giving prior notice.
  15. This competition can be withdrawn at anytime.
  16. By participating in this competition you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should not enter.
