A website address in the back of the Spider-Man 3 game manual leads to an American Activision website, where very basic details of a game called Spider-Man: Friend or Foe can be found.
The game, which the site reveals is scheduled for release in the autumn, appears to be based on the Spider-Man movie universe, the website stating: "A new twist on the legend. A new take on the movies…"

As part of its Q4 2007 financials, EA has revealed that one of its most highly anticipated titles, Spore, will no longer be released in 2007.
"We continue to have enormous confidence in Spore as a franchise - but have made the call not to include this title in our fiscal year financial plan," said EA in its conference call script.

A rather lengthy document detailing EA’s financials has highlighted the fact that a new Need For Speed game is set for release at some point in 2007. When Pro-G contacted EA no other details on the game were available.
The report also boasted of 15 wholly owned new titles set to be released in the next year, including another Sims game and five original releases: Army of One, SKATE, Playground, Boogie, and an unnamed Spielberg game for the Wii.

Set in a theme park in the middle of the Nevada desert, players must collect, unlock, buy or hire rewards to enable them to complete a variety of puzzles across five themes. In total more than 95 holes will be waiting to challenge even the most skilled of mini-golf players.

Any day now EA is expected to announce details of a new The Simpsons video game. A countdown website appeared over the weekend, presumably counting down to an announcement, but it’s since been taken offline.
Rather amusingly the countdown parodies the recent Rockstar Games GTA: IV unveiling, which has sparked rumours that the new title will be in the same style as the successful, and pretty good, The Simpsons: Hit and Run.

Wannabe wizards are in for a treat this summer with the release of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix which EA is promising will feature gesture-based spell casting.
"Instead of pressing buttons to fire off specific spells, we use each console’s unique controls," Executive producer, Harvey Elliott told GameSpot. "So if you want to use ‘depulso’ to push an object away from you, you press the right analogue stick forward on the 360 and PS2, you push the Sixaxis controller away from you on the PS3, and, of course, you flick your ‘wand’ away from you on the Wii."

This Friday (May 4) sees the release of Spider-Man 3 across the world and it’s expected to be one of the biggest movies of the year, if not in movie history. To coincide with this momentous event Activision will release the video game based on the movie.
May 4 was to be the day when Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, PC and DS owners could experience the movie through their platform of choice, but it seems that PS3 owners will need to wait two more weeks.
